Terms of service

Terms of Service — UK

Last updated: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.parfen-uk.com and to purchases of products through that website.
They should be read together with our Returns and Refunds Policy, our Privacy and Cookie Policy, and any delivery or product information displayed during checkout.

1. Seller details

The website is operated by:

Smart Trade Group Ltd.

Business/contact address: Dianabad 5G, Sofia, Bulgaria

UK VAT number: GB482142404

Email: office@parfen-uk.com

Telephone: +359 894 040 403
The company’s correct legal registration details, registered-office address, and Companies House number should be verified and added before publication if applicable. The address used for statutory legal notices should be accurate and capable of receiving such notices.

2. Application of these Terms

These Terms apply to offers made through the website, orders placed through the website, and contracts for the sale of products between Smart Trade Group Ltd. and consumers.
Before submitting an order, you will be given an opportunity to read these Terms and save or print them. By placing an order, you confirm that you have had that opportunity and agree that these Terms apply to the order.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, so that it most closely achieves its original commercial purpose without reducing your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

3. Products and offers

The relevant product page provides the main information about the product, including its characteristics, available variants, and price.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and other mandatory additional charges are shown clearly before you submit an order.
An offer remains available while stock lasts and while it is displayed on the website. Obvious errors in product information, prices, or offers are not binding. If an obvious error affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and you may cancel the affected order without charge.
Product images are provided for illustration. We take reasonable steps to display products accurately, but colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your device or product updates.
The names and trademarks of original fragrance brands mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners. Parfen products may be inspired by well-known fragrances but are not connected with, approved by, or manufactured by the original brands unless expressly stated.

4. Placing an order and contract formation

You may select products and variants, add them to your basket, and enter your delivery and payment details. Before submitting the order, you can review the order and correct input errors.
You submit an order by selecting the designated order-and-payment button. The button will make clear that submitting the order creates a payment obligation.
After you submit an order, we will send an electronic acknowledgement to the email address you provided. This acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we accept your order, normally when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or when we dispatch the products, whichever occurs first. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
The contract and the main order information will be provided electronically in a form that you can save for future reference. The contract will be in English unless we agree otherwise.

5. Prices and payment

You pay the price shown for the product and in the checkout at the time you place your order. Available payment methods and any payment-provider conditions are displayed during checkout.
Payment is processed through the payment method or payment provider selected during checkout. We do not have access to full payment-card details processed by the payment provider.
If payment is unsuccessful, we may place the order on hold or cancel it after notifying you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the delivery address entered during checkout. Delivery charges, service description, and any delivery estimate are shown in the Delivery Information, on the website, or during checkout.
Orders received by 14:00 UK time are normally dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 14:00 are normally dispatched on the next working day. National holidays are excluded from this dispatch timetable.
Delivery is made by Royal Mail. The current delivery options are:
Option
Price
48-hour delivery
£2.95
24-hour delivery
£3.50
Unless expressly described as guaranteed at checkout, the 24-hour and 48-hour periods are delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery times. National holidays are excluded. Any more specific delivery terms shown at checkout apply to the relevant order.
We will deliver within the agreed delivery period. If no delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is formed, unless another period is agreed with you or permitted by law.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed period or the applicable legal period, you may have rights to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or to end the contract in circumstances permitted by law. Where the delivery date was essential or delivery within an additional period is not possible, you may be entitled to end the contract without providing an additional period.
The risk of loss or damage remains with Smart Trade Group Ltd. until the products come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identify to receive them, other than the carrier, unless you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.

7. Product conformity and statutory rights

You should check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product is damaged, defective, not as described, or different from what you ordered. A delay in contacting us does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Products must comply with the contract and meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law. Where a product does not conform, you may have statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or rejection and refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
These statutory rights are not limited by these Terms, our Returns and Refunds Policy, any warranty, or any product being discounted or on sale. We do not offer an additional commercial warranty unless expressly stated on the relevant product page or in an offer.

8. Cancellation, returns, and refunds

The statutory cancellation right, additional 15-day commercial return period, return costs, hygiene restrictions, refunds, and exchange procedure are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation right or any other mandatory consumer right.

9. Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you must return the original product in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy. Once the return is eligible and processed, we will refund the original order. You may then place a new order for the product you want, subject to availability and the price applicable to the new order.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product, order, delivery, or our service, contact office@parfen-uk.com and include your order number. Please describe the issue clearly and include photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.
We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to address it as soon as reasonably possible. Making a complaint does not affect your statutory rights or any applicable cancellation period.

11. Personal data

Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with the website, orders, deliveries, returns, customer service, marketing, analytics, and cookies.

12. Acceptable use of the website

You must use the website lawfully and in a normal manner. You must not use it for fraud, deception, unauthorised access, distribution of malware, interference with the website’s operation, or infringement of Smart Trade Group Ltd.’s or another person’s rights.
We may take reasonable technical measures where necessary to protect the security, availability, or integrity of the website. Such measures will not affect contracts already formed or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Intellectual property

The text, product descriptions, images, logos, layout, design, and other website content are owned by Smart Trade Group Ltd. or used with permission. You must not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content commercially without prior written permission, except where the law permits it.
The names and trademarks of original fragrance brands mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners. Any comparison or reference to such brands is descriptive only and does not imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or manufacture by those brand owners.

14. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, accurate, and up to date, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A temporary interruption does not affect a contract already formed or your statutory rights.

15. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Subject to the preceding paragraph and applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by temporary website unavailability resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude responsibility for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where such exclusion would be unlawful.
These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under UK law.

16. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Examples include serious interruptions to transport, telecommunications, or payment systems; fire; flood; war; government action; strikes; epidemics; and other events outside our reasonable control.
If the event is temporary, our obligations will be suspended for the period reasonably affected. If performance becomes permanently impossible, either party may end the affected contract to the extent permitted by law. We will refund amounts paid for products that have not been delivered where the contract is ended on this basis.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, services, law, or business operations change. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
A new version applies to new orders only after it has been clearly published on the website. If a proposed change would affect a contract already formed, we will inform you where required and mandatory consumer rights will continue to apply.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any contract for products are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live requires another law to apply.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory protections and procedural rights available under the law applicable there. You may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live where applicable consumer-protection rules allow you to do so.
You may first raise a complaint with us at office@parfen-uk.com, but doing so is not a condition of exercising a statutory right or bringing a legal claim.
